In 2026, We are excited to announce ACSLHE's 2027 Conference, The Art of Chaplaincy, will be held at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas from February 2-4, 2027. 

Our conference will look at all these elements. Through workshops, keynote speakers, time for open connection with colleagues, excursions around Chicago, and a few fun surprises, we hope you will join us for this important event.

Starting December 1, the fee increases to the following:

$600 for Members

$725 for Non-Members

Please note we will not be taking walk up registrations or same day registrations.

You will not be able to substitute another persons registration if a member of your team is not able to come. If this is the case please contact info@acslhe.org to discuss options.

Airport and Travel Information

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is the most convenient airport. It’s less than 5 miles from SMU and Hotel Mockingbird (12 minute ride) DAL is Southwest Airlines home airport,  Delta has several flights a day to and from Atlanta. If you need to be in a closer hotel please reach out to info@acslhe.org 

Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) is 15 miles from campus, an international airport served by many airlines (45+minute ride).  American Airlines home and hub.  

Getting two and from the airport and hotel:

• Ride share services are available from both airports. 

Tabling

If you'd like to table at the conference to promote a degree program or the work your school is doing you can reserve a space for $300 for the entirety of the conference. Tables will be open from 9-5pm every day on the conference floor. This will provide you with a table during the conference. No meals will be provided. If you have more questions about tabling please reach out to info@acslhe.org. Registration for tabling can be found on the registration form and will automatically be added to your total. Or you can register here just for tabling. Once you register someone will reach out to gather more information about your needs.
